Shan Halamba Inauguration
Sri Lankan - Texan businessman Susantha (Shan) Halamba was appointed Honorary Consul by the Embassy of Sri Lankan in the United States.
The Sri Lankan ambassador to the United States Mr. Prasad Kariyawasam ceremonially handed over the Commission of Appointment to Halamba at an event in the presence of a cross section of the community and business leaders of Dallas-Fort Worth, including Sri Lankan-Americans in Texas.
